SOETAERT has had a close affinity with water and hydraulic structures. We offer a vast variety of floating plant services (various push barges, tugs and pushers, flat top pontoons,…). In combination with different hydraulic excavators and especially the draglines with a lifting capacity varying from 50 to 200 tonnes every challenge on the water is feasible. Tens of quay walls, wharfs, bridges over rivers and canals, sets of locks and also full marinas are on the list of prize winners of SOETAERT.
The strength of a building contractor lies within its manpower. SOETAERT can count on both young enthusiastic people and experienced old-hands to accomplish this. There is, therefore, no bridge that is too far and no tunnel that is too deep for the many teams of formworkers, steel fixers and concrete finishers from SOETAERT. It should, therefore, not come as any surprise that more than 20 tunnels, bridges and quay platforms have been constructed in the last decade alone.
